In no case will we share, trade, distribute or in any way divulge your personal lifestyle information which you may pro-actively elect give us, regardless of the means by which you may transmit it. If you join Private Citizen in order to reduce your junk mail and/or telemarketing burden, we shall notify appropriate organizations of your wish to left alone.

We do not collect personally identifiable information on our web site or otherwise unless you choose to give it to us via an e-mail, snail mail or by phone call. Data concerning individuals and businesses who join Private Citizen is not provided to any entity unless you give us your express  permission to do so.

The media and legislative staffers commonly contact Private Citizen to ask that we provide the names of individuals who have experienced particular privacy abuses or who may be willing to assist in promoting legislation. We do not share such names or other identifying information unless you specifically authorize us to do so.  In such a circumstance, we will contact you personally and ask for such permission for that specific circumstance.  

We do not enable "cookies" on our web site. Our Internet Service Provider collects information about the date and time our web site is accessed and the Internet address of the web site from which you linked to our site. We have the ability to access this information, but have chosen not to avail ourselves of this data. If we decide to use this information to analyze web traffic in the future, we will only be able to measure the number of visitors to our site and the addresses of the web sites from which our visitors come. E-mail addresses and other personally identifiable information are not available to us.

    Your state - city - zip code - LastName/FirmName - FirstName/s
        (addresses are not revealed in the Private Citizen do-not-call Directory) 
Table two - In numerical order to prevent callers from matching names to numbers)
    Your telephone number

- Your name and full address
